How To Delete Files By Bulk

Not all users have the authority to delete a File, only the Admin and Super Admin User types have the permission to delete files. You can check the User Types and Permission article to review the features available for each user type.

To delete a file via batch action:

1. On the home page, browse the files using the Search feature or the Advanced Search feature.

2. Select multiple files by clicking the checkbox on File thumbnail or you can click the “Select All / None” checkbox.

3. Click the batch action button.

4. Click the Delete option in the batch action option list.

5. Click yes on the delete items confirmation.

6. A “Files successfully deleted” message will appear.
